Dogs left out on the trail, dogs fed only rice or nothing so they are hungry for a pig kill, multiple dogs housed in tiny cages without water, without exercise, without cleaning of the feces. This is Kauai's dirty secret and it needs to be exposed, reported and dealt with regularily and immediately.
